Creatine is indicated to supplement the diet of adults who practice intense physical exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in cases of repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

How to use
It is recommended to take up to 6 g (1 scoop) per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
