The product is intended only for adults who practice intense physical exercise. Creatine increases physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.
