Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; alpha-lipoic acid, acetyl L-carnitine HCl; bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; flow agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B1 (thiamine HCl).

We recommend taking two tablets a day.
