Alpha-lipoic acid, pregelatinized corn starch; gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); silica from bamboo (Bambusa bambos [L.] Voss) young stems.
Vegetable capsule ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use
Take 2-4 capsules daily.
