Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, or as directed by your doctor. Dissolve in 250/300 ml of water, milk, yogurt, or other non-carbonated drink.
It is important that the liquid used to dissolve the product is not hot so as not to alter the stability of the nutrients present. Shake gently, and once dissolved, consume the product slowly.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or for prolonged periods, without consulting your doctor. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Storage
Store away from light, in a cool and dry place.
