A phenylalanine-free amino acid blend, supplemented with vitamins, carbohydrates, and minerals, indicated for dietary management in children over three years of age and in adults, with confirmed hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria and maternal phenylketonuria.

Ingredients

Directions for use
Dissolve one sachet of Afenil Medi 15 in approximately 80 ml of water or other permitted liquids. Afenil Medi 15 can be flavored as desired. Once reconstituted, it is preferable to consume the product immediately. If necessary, the reconstituted product can be stored for 24 hours in the refrigerator and stirred well before use.
Dosage and administration: according to the physician's prescription, taking into account the age, body weight, and clinical conditions of the individual.

Warnings
Afenil Medi 15 must be used under medical supervision by individuals with confirmed hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria. Afenil Medi 15 cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct heat sources. Afenil Medi 15 sachets are single-dose. Any prepared and unused product can be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours, stirring well before use. The expiration date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
