Gluten-free baked confectionery product with cocoa filling, specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance.

Ingredients
Water, eggs, rice starch, 11% cocoa filling [glucose syrup, sugar, water, vegetable fat (palm), 5.7% low-fat cocoa powder, dextrose, 3% cocoa paste, ethyl alcohol; gelling agent: pectin; natural flavors, 0.24% cocoa extract; preservative: potassium sorbate; salt – cocoa percentages refer to the filling] sugar, 7% rice flour, 5% wholemeal rice flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water); thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; guar flour; xanthan gum, yeast, dextrose, 2% dried sourdough (rice flour), partially skimmed lactose-free milk*, alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, vegetable fibers (pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, flax seeds); iodized salt, flavorings; preservative: sorbic acid.

*Lactose less than 0.1 g per 100 g. Contains glucose and galactose as a result of lactose hydrolysis.
May contain: soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
Gluten-free.
