Butterfly needles for infusions and/or blood collection, with needle, wing guides and connecting cannula.
Anti-slip system on the device's wing (Needle easy to insert into a vein without slipping during application). Designed to connect another device in accordance with harmonised standards to ensure a complete connection to the other device. Female Luer lock designed in accordance with harmonised standards EN-1707, ANSI/HIMA MD 70.1. Colour coding is performed in accordance with ISO 6009:1992.

Components
All materials used in the construction of the needles are medical grade and LATEX FREE. The tubing is DEHP FREE and crush-resistant. The system consists of:
• polypropylene luer cap;
• Stainless steel needle SUS-304;
• PVC wings and cannula – NON DEHP;
• ABS luer connector;
• epoxy glue.
ETHYLENE OXIDE. Sterile single-use hypodermic needles compliant with ISO 7864:1993. Sterility is ensured by the individual packaging of each unit and by an indicator placed on the outer carton.
Warnings
For single use only. Do not re-sterilise.
Storage
Store in a dry and clean place.
Validity with intact packaging: 60 months.
Format
Product individually packaged in blister packs with PET/PE coating. Each package (indivisible) contains 50 pcs. The external packaging in double corrugated cardboard boxes contains 20 packs, for a total of 1000 units. Each single unit is marked with a batch number, validity period and information on sterilisation methods. All products are packaged according to BS EN 868-5/1999 standard which applies to medical devices that must be sterilised.
