Description
Needle with stainless steel cannula, intended for use with a pen injector for subcutaneous injection of drugs, including insulin and human placental somatotropin.
Available in three different lengths: 4, 6, and 8 mm. It has a patented asymmetrical tip geometry. The tip design and its small size can reduce injection pain.
The needle has a larger inner diameter than a needle with the same outer diameter but with a "thin wall." This difference translates into improved flow capacity, making insulin injection easier and faster. The back portion of the cannula is treated with silicone oil to facilitate the puncturing of the insulin pen cartridge cap, allowing the needle to penetrate more easily. In addition, the special smoothing treatment helps reduce damage to the insulin pen cap.
Sterile product (ionizing radiation in accordance with European standards).
Does not contain natural rubber latex derivatives.
