Description
Dietary supplement of zinc, copper, iron, vitamins H, E and B3 with sulfur amino acids and plant extracts of chaste tree, bamboo and rutin.
Bamboo can promote the well-being of nails and hair; biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair; niacin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin; vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Iron contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body.

Ingredients
Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L., fructus) dry extract 0.5% in agnuside, L-cystine, maltodextrin, microencapsulated iron fumarate, L-cysteine hydrochloride, L-methionine, bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris S., young stem) dry extract 70% in silicon, rutin (from Sophora japonica L., floribus) dry extract 95%, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, vitamin E acetate (DL-tocopheryl acetate), niacin, zinc sulfate monohydrate, copper gluconate, biotin; coating agents: talc, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, food shellac.

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
1-2 tablets daily, preferably away from meals, to be swallowed whole without chewing or breaking.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
