Description
A gelling and thickening powder based on maltodextrin and xanthan gum, for the dietary management of individuals with swallowing disorders. AM Plus Clear has an instant thickening action and is highly soluble, tasteless, and odourless. It allows thickened liquids to remain clear. Suitable for beverages. Amylase-resistant.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Measure the desired amount of powder and add to the liquid to be thickened. Stir well for a few seconds until completely dissolved and wait 1-2 minutes.
The amount of powder per 100 ml of liquid depends on the desired consistency and the liquid to be thickened:
syrup consistency: 1.2 g;
cream consistency: 2.4 g;
pudding consistency: 3.6 g.

Warnings
The product must be used under medical supervision and should not be considered as the sole source of nutrition. Do not use in children under three years of age. For oral use.

Storage
Store at room temperature.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 2 months.
