Description
Food supplement based on vitamins, minerals, goat's rue (Galega officinalis), milk thistle (Silybum marianum), beta-carotene and fatty acids (EPA and DHA), indicated for women in the months following childbirth and during breastfeeding.
Galega officinalis has galactagogic properties as it promotes the production of breast milk after childbirth. Silybum marianum, standardized in Silymarin, has an antioxidant and purifying function for the body. B vitamins contribute to energy metabolism and, together with Magnesium, Iron and Vitamin C, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc and Selenium help maintain normal hair and nails. Furthermore, the DHA contained in fish oil contributes to the normal brain and eye development in breastfed infants**.
** The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids in adults, which is 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid; milk thistle (Silybum marianum), coated vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), magnesium oxide; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), ferric diphosphate, goat's rue (Galega officinalis), beta-carotene, niacin (nicotinamide), zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), manganese carbonate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), copper citrate, chromium chloride; colorants: indigotine, carminic acid; folate (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, sodium selenite, biotin (D-biotin).
Soft capsule:
Fish oil concentrated in DHA and EPA; coating agent: bovine gelatin; Humectant: glycerol; vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), water.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
