Description
Food for special medical purposes. Food with reduced protein content, protein residue less than 1%. Indicated for the dietary management of people suffering from the following conditions: chronic kidney failure (nephropathies) or other diseases requiring a low-protein diet.

Ingredients
Corn starch, potato starch; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; safflower concentrate, beetroot concentrate.

Instructions for use
Boil 1.3 litres of water and add the suggested salt in the diet. Pour 100 g of pasta and cook for the indicated cooking time, stirring occasionally.

Warnings
To be used under medical supervision. Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. It may pose health risks if consumed by people not suffering from the disease, disorder, or pathological condition for which the product is indicated.

Storage
Store at room temperature, in a clean, cool, and dry place, away from foreign odours, heat sources, and direct sunlight.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
