APRICOT CROISSANT

Description
Low-protein baked confectionery product filled with apricot. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic renal failure (nephropathies), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein dietary regimen, residual protein less than 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium, and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic renal failure, a diet with reduced protein, potassium, and phosphorus intake is recommended; the phenylalanine level in this product makes it suitable for a diet with low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Water, rice starch, apricot filling 11% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 35% - the percentage of apricot puree refers to the filling - sucrose; gelling agent: pectin; concentrated lemon juice; acidity regulators: citric acid; sodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings; colouring: paprika extract; water), sunflower oil, sugar; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum; xanthan gum, yeast, fructose, dried sourdough (rice flour), dextrose, alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, rice flour, wholemeal rice flour, vegetable fibers (pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, flax seeds), iodized salt, flavourings.

May contain traces of: eggs, soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
