Protein-free rusks with fructose.
Food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of diseases requiring a low-protein diet. Food with reduced protein content, protein residue less than 1%, low in sodium, potassium, phosphorus, and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic kidney failure, a diet with reduced intake of protein, sodium, potassium, and phosphorus is recommended; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
De-glutinated wheat starch, fructose 10%, rice starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), glucose syrup; thickeners: guar gum, carob bean gum; yeast; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; stabilizer: sorbitol; flavouring.

May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk, tree nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
