APRICOT CAKES

Description
Cocoa baked confectionery product filled with apricot, low-protein. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic renal failure (nephropathies), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein diet, with a protein residue of less than 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium, and Phenylalanine. In cases of chronic renal failure, a diet with reduced protein, potassium, and phosphorus intake is recommended; the phenylalanine level contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Apricot filling 27% (maltitol syrup, apricot puree 35% - the percentage of apricot puree refers to the filling -; stabilizer: sorbitol; gelling agent: pectin; concentrated lemon juice; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavorings), deglutinated wheat starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water); sweeteners: maltitol; acesulfame K, eggs; stabilizer: sorbitol; milk, rice starch; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; guar gum; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; alcohol, corn starch, cocoa butter; raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate; sodium bicarbonate; sodium pyrophosphate, natural vanilla flavor.

May contain traces of: soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
