Description
Low-protein cherry-filled baked confectionery product. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic kidney failure (nephropathies), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein diet, with a protein residue of less than 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium, and Phenylalanine. In case of chronic kidney failure, it is recommended to follow a diet with reduced protein, potassium, and phosphorus intake; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
23% cherry filling (glucose-fructose syrup, 35% cherry puree - the percentage of cherry puree refers to the filling, - sugar; thickeners: pectin fortified with sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate; acidity correctors: citric acid; sodium citrate and calcium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; colouring: carmine, flavourings), deglutinated wheat starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), sugar, eggs; stabiliser: sorbitol; milk; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; guar flour, rice starch, 3% sugar granules; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, alcohol, corn starch; raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate; sodium bicarbonate; sodium pyrophosphate, flavourings.

May contain traces of: soya, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
