Description
Low-protein cocoa baked confectionery product filled with apricot. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic kidney failure (nephropathies), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases requiring a low-protein dietary regimen, with a residual protein content of less than 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium, and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic kidney failure, a diet with reduced protein, potassium, and phosphorus intake is recommended; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid. Contains sugar and sweeteners.

Ingredients
Apricot filling 23% (maltitol syrup, apricot puree 35% - the percentage of apricot puree refers to the filling -; stabilizer: sorbitol; gelling agent: pectin; concentrated lemon juice; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavorings), deglutinated wheat starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), sugar, eggs; stabilizer: sorbitol; milk, rice starch; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; guar gum; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; alcohol, corn starch, cocoa butter, cocoa 0.62%, dextrose; raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate; flavoring.

May contain traces of: soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin.
