Description
Sliced, protein-free product. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic kidney failure (nephropathies), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein diet, with a protein residue of less than 1%, low in phosphorus, potassium, and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic kidney failure, it is recommended to follow a diet with reduced protein, potassium, and phosphorus intake; the phenylalanine level contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Water, corn starch, rice starch, sunflower oil; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; dried sourdough (rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, quinoa flour), dextrose, yeast, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber, psyllium fiber, iodized salt, flavorings.

May contain traces of: mustard, sesame seeds, lupin.
