Description
Hypoprotein baked product. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic kidney failure (nephropathies), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a hypoprotein diet, protein residue less than 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium, and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic kidney failure, a diet with reduced protein, potassium, and phosphorus intake is recommended; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Water, rice starch, sunflower oil, sugar; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum; xanthan gum, yeast, fructose, dried sourdough (rice flour), dextrose, alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, wholemeal rice flour, vegetable fibers (peas, potatoes, psyllium, bamboo, flax seeds), iodized salt, flavorings.

May contain traces of: eggs, soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin.
