Description
Food supplement based on griffonia seed extract (30% 5-HTP), valerian root extract, vitamin B6 and magnesium. Griffonia promotes normal mood and mental well-being and, together with valerian, supports relaxation (sleep). Vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Baill.] standardized dry seed extract [30% 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan)]; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; magnesium (magnesium oxide), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry root extract (4:1); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate); anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

How to use
Swallow 1 vegetable capsule daily with water, in the evening half an hour before going to bed.
