Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of protein malnutrition in acute and chronic diseases, accompanied by loss of muscle mass and in senile or neoplastic sarcopenia.
It consists of a patented nutritional blend composed of a cluster of essential amino acids, crucial for protein synthesis, three organic acids (citric, malic, and succinic) that enhance mitochondrial energy production activity, and B vitamins (B1 and B6) necessary for protein metabolism.

Directions for use
Recommended dose: according to medical advice (1-2 sachets per day).
The product can be used orally or enterally.
For oral use: pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass and add 120-150 ml of still water at room temperature; mix well until completely dispersed. Consume immediately after preparation.
For enteral use: do not combine Amino-Ther Pro with other enteral nutrition formulas in the same bag. Flush the tube with 30 ml of water before administering the product. Ensure correct placement of the tube before use. Pour the contents of one sachet of Amino-Ther Pro into a suitable container and disperse in 150 ml of water at room temperature or slightly warm. Mix until the product is completely dispersed. Administer the solution using a syringe of at least 60 ml.
After administration, flush the tube with another 30 ml of water. Preferably use immediately after preparation, within 4 hours if stored at room temperature and within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.

Warnings
Not for parenteral use.
The product is not suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition.
The product is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 24 months.
