Description
Food supplement based on amino acids, N-acetylcysteine and B vitamins, indicated in cases of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Vitamins B1, B3 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function and, with vitamins B2 and B6, to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 is involved in the cell division process and, with vitamin B6, contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B2 and B3 also contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, the maintenance of normal skin and, with vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass of water, mix very well and consume immediately after preparation.

Warnings
Do not administer and keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Do not use during pregnancy and in children, or for prolonged periods, without consulting a doctor. The product contains a source of phenylalanine.

Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
