Description
Food supplement based on theanine, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), griffonia and valerian extracts, lemon balm essential oil, and phosphoserine. Griffonia, in synergy with lemon balm essential oil, contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. Valerian, in synergy with griffonia, is useful in promoting physiological sleep. Valerian also facilitates relaxation, particularly during periods of increased stress.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose; L-theanine, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 5-HTP from griffonia seeds [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.], valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in sesquiterpene acids calculated as valerenic acid; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, magnesium carbonate, glycerol; stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., essential oil); colour: E132.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take one to two tablets as needed.
