Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Glycine; bulking agent: isomalt; sodium hyaluronate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; flavor, melatonin; sweetener: sucralose.

Instructions for use
Take one sachet daily in the evening, one hour before bedtime. Pour the powder directly into the mouth, under the tongue, without the need for water.
