Ingredients
Passionflower, hawthorn, lemon balm, L-theanine, California poppy, valerian, lemon balm, Crataegus Phytosome.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml twice a day, directly under the tongue.
11 drops correspond to the 0.5 ml mark on the internal dropper.
If necessary, the product can be diluted in a small amount of water. To promote nocturnal rest, it is recommended to take it in the evening. Shake before use.
