Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, valerian, and chamomile. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 0.5 ml) shortly before bedtime. Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep in cases of stress. Chamomile promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Water, chamomile flower heads d.e. titrated to 1.2% in apigenin (Matricaria chamomilla L.), valerian root and rhizome d.e. titrated to 0.42% in total sesquiterpenic acids, calculated as valerenic acid (Valeriana officinalis L.), apple juice, pear juice, melatonin; acidifier: citric acid; flavourings; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take 0.5 ml of the product daily, preferably in the evening 30/60 minutes before bedtime. For use of the product under 12 years of age, medical advice is recommended. The product can be taken as is or diluted in about half a glass of water. Shake before use.
Any slight variations in color and taste and any formation of precipitates, which can be suspended by shaking, are linked to the normal variability of ingredients of plant origin and are not an indication of alteration in the quality of the product.

Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and light.
