Description
Food supplement based on prebiotics and probiotics that promote the balance of intestinal flora, with valerian that promotes relaxation (sleep; in case of stress), and melatonin that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Lynside Immunity Prebiotic (yeast cell wall), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; maltodextrin; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves d.e. tit. to 20% in theanine, LifeinU lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root d.e. tit. to 0.8% in valerenic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; corn starch, melatonin.

Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules daily.
