Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, tryptophan and B vitamins, with valerian and jujube. Fast-slow bi-layer tablets. Controlled release.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and is also useful for alleviating the effects of jet lag.
Valerian and jujube promote relaxation and sleep. Vitamins B3 and B6 support normal psychological function and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-tryptophan; jujube dry extract tit. 2% in jujubosides (Ziziphus Jujuba Miller seeds); valerian dry extract tit. 0.42% in sesquiterpenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L. roots). Bulking agent: calcium phosphate. Stabiliser and coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, coated nicotinamide tit. 33%. Anti-caking agent: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; flavouring. Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone, silicon dioxide. Coating agent: microcrystalline cellulose; coated pyridoxine hydrochloride tit. 33%. Coating agent: fatty acids; melatonin; flavouring; colourings: yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, brilliant blue FCF, indigo carmine.

Directions for use
1 tablet to be taken in the evening before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
