Aprotein baked product. Food for special medical purposes.
Indicated for the dietary management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Indicated for the dietary management of Phenylketonuria. Indicated for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease (on Levodopa therapy). The product, due to its composition, is suitable for all three categories of patients. In particular: the product has been specifically formulated with ingredients with a reduced content of protein, sodium, phosphorus, and potassium to meet the nutritional needs of patients suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease; the product's composition also has a reduced phenylalanine intake for the dietary management of individuals with Phenylketonuria. Furthermore, the product, thanks to a limited protein content, is also suitable for the dietary management of patients suffering from Parkinson's disease treated with levodopa, as it does not interfere with the absorption of this amino acid. For patients on levodopa therapy, the degree of dysphagia and any problems of protein-energy malnutrition that may arise in conditions of protein restriction should be evaluated.

Corn starch, rice starch, high-oleic sunflower seed oil, vegetable fiber (chicory inulin); thickener: guar gum; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; thickener: xanthan gum; extra virgin olive oil, dextrose, salt.
