Description
APROTEN low-protein pasta is characterized by a low content of protein, sodium, phosphorus, and potassium, making it suitable for the dietary management of renal insufficiency (nephropathy); a low content of tyrosine and phenylalanine, making it suitable for the dietary management of metabolic aminoacidopathies (phenylketonuria, tyrosinemia); and a low protein content, making it suitable for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease (in Levodopa therapy). For patients undergoing Levodopa therapy, the degree of dysphagia and any issues of malnutrition due to protein restriction should be evaluated.
Ingredients
Corn starch, potato starch, chicory inulin; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; safflower.
The product may contain traces of soy.

How to use
Cook APROTEN® pasta in plenty of boiling water (about 1 liter of water per 50 g of pasta). Once cooked, season the pasta immediately after draining. The stated cooking time is indicative and may vary depending on personal habits and taste.
Cooking time: 10-12 minutes.

Store in a dry place away from heat sources.
Shelf life for unopened packaging: 24 months.
