APTODIN ESO contains: Exocomplex, 5 billion plant exosomes; amino acids: L-cystine, L-methionine, L-arginine (components of keratin present in the hair structure) and taurine; melatonin; horsetail useful for hair and nail health; grape seed extract, antioxidant, titrated in proanthocyanidin B2; vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; vitamin B5 contributes to the normal metabolism of steroid hormones; zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of healthy nails and, with biotin, to the maintenance of normal hair; iron contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one stick pack per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
