Description
Food supplement with melatonin, valerian, passionflower and California poppy.
Its easy-to-swallow bi-layered tablet formula is designed to modulate the release of ingredients throughout the night.
The FIRST LAYER, with melatonin, dissolves quickly and contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime).
The SECOND LAYER, which dissolves during the night, contains plant extracts such as valerian, passionflower and California poppy, which aid relaxation, promoting restorative sleep.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; passionflower e.s. aerial parts (Passiflora incarnata L.), California poppy e.s. herba (Eschscholzia californica Cham.); bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; valerian e.s. root (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.8% valerenic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; stabiliser: carboxymethylcellulose; melatonin; colouring: indigotine (E132).

Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet, easy to swallow thanks to the new compact bi-layered tablet format, half an hour before going to bed.
