Acidifier: citric acid; L-arginine hydrochloride; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; taurine, inulin, L-carnitine tartrate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid); flavourings: papaya, orange; fermented papaya fruit (Carica papaya L.) dry extract, zinc citrate; sweetener: sucralose; folic acid.

Directions for use
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast.
