Ingredients
Cryo-crushed powder of organic hawthorn* flowering tops [Crataegus monogyna Jacq. (Lindm), Crataegus laevigata (poir) DC], vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

*obtained from flowering tops titrated to a minimum of 1.2% total flavonoids expressed as hyperosides.

Directions for use
Adults and children over 12 years: 3 Arkocapsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably before meals.
