Food supplement.
*The beneficial effect of glucomannan on weight loss, as part of a low-calorie diet, is achieved by consuming 3 g of glucomannan per day (3 individual doses of 1 g).

Ingredients
Organic Konjac tuber powder (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch), organic corn starch.
100% plant-based capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use
For adults only. 3 capsules 3 times a day with one or two large glasses of water, at least half an hour before main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water to ensure ingestion.

Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use in individuals with swallowing difficulties. Observe a 2-hour interval between taking the product and any medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Store away from light, heat and humidity.
