Directions for use
From 12 years of age. Do not put directly into the mouth, but on a sugar cube or spoonful of honey.
Adults: 2 drops 3 times a day.
Adolescents: 2 drops 2 times a day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for people with epilepsy, those prone to allergies, asthma, or with a history of seizures. Do not use undiluted (see directions for use). Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with vegetable oil then gently with cold water and consult a doctor.
