Instructions for use
Reserved for adults.
1 single dose per day in a glass of water, preferably during a meal.
1. Shake before use.
2. Hold the single dose with the narrower part facing upwards.
3. Press downwards with both thumbs.
4-5. Keep an empty single dose to help open the subsequent ones.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. It should not be used if other green tea products are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Not recommended for people allergic to salicylates and people undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG). Contains traces of EGCG. Contains caffeine (about 5 mg per dose). Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product does not replace a varied diet. It should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. A slight deposit of the product is to be considered normal and does not harm the quality of the product. The product can be taken multiple times throughout the year.
