Magnesium glycerophosphate; bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium phosphate; eleuthero root extract [Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. ex Maxim.) Maxim.], rhodiola root extract [Rhodiola rosea (L.) Scop.], hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa L.); anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose; vitamin B6; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract; coating: coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, hydroxypropylcellulose), modified starch, medium-chain triglycerides.

Directions for use
From 15 years of age. 2 tablets in the morning during periods of stress and 3 per day during periods of more intense stress (2 in the morning and 1 at midday).
