Aerial part extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.); bulking agent: cellulose; underground organ extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.), leaf extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), female inflorescence extract of hops (Humulus lupulus; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; aerial part extract of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), melatonin, vitamin B6; coating: coating agents (cellulose and derivatives, stearic acid), colourings (calcium carbonate), spirulina and apple colouring concentrate.

Directions for use
For adults only.
1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
