2. Twist the cap.

Shake the bottle before use, then perform the wash. The cannula should be inserted either while sitting on the bidet, or standing in the shower or bathtub. The douche should flow out steadily by gently squeezing the bottle. Once the operation is complete, do not rinse with water. Use the product for a maximum of 30 days.
