Food supplement of pure melatonin.
It can be useful for falling asleep more quickly: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin in the evening. Each tablet provides 1 mg of melatonin.

Ingredients
Sweetener: mannitol; beta-cyclodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Shortly before bedtime, dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue.

The product contains polyols; excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
