Food supplement with melatonin, green tea, magnolia, and saffron extracts.
Thanks to its innovative blend of ingredients, including melatonin and green tea and saffron extracts, contained in a 3-phase programmed-release multilayer tablet, Armonia Relax works at night for benefits that last into the day. Phase 1: releases melatonin to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg).
Phase 2: releases green tea extract, which counters physical and mental fatigue.
Phase 3: releases magnolia extract and saffron extract, which promotes a normal mood.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves d.e.; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, glycerol, microcrystalline cellulose; magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder) bark d.e.; stabilizers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, shellac; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas d.e.; colorants: calcium carbonate, copper chlorophyllin; melatonin*.
*melatonin ingredient with a purity level of no less than 99%.

Does not contain sources of lactose.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening on a full stomach shortly before going to bed, preferably at the same time.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age, and also if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
