Directions for use
It is recommended to take 4 capsules daily, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Warnings
If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before using the product, as St. John's Wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity.
St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Due to a lack of specific scientific data, the product is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
