Arnica montana flower water, propylene glycol, aqua, glycerin, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, ricinus communis seed oil, alcohol, arnica montana flower extract, mentha piperita oil, sodium hydroxide, ethylhexylglycerin, edta, salvia officinalis leaf extract, thymus vulgaris flower/leaf extract, limonene, linalool.
Instructions for use
Apply a knob of gel to the affected area, massage in a circular motion for a few minutes, leave a 2-3 mm layer of gel and bandage with absorbent paper. Do not bandage with cling film.
