Instructions for use
Apply Arnicrème to the affected areas 3 times a day. Massage until fully absorbed.
Before physical activity: a light massage with Arnicrème helps prepare for physical activity.
After physical activity: massage particularly stressed areas with Arnicrème in case of muscle fatigue or sensation of pain.
Ideal for massage, Arnicrème helps progressive muscle recovery after physical activity.

Ingredients
Aqua, Butyrospermum parkii butter, Cocos nucifera oil, glycerin, Lactobacillus ferment, alcohol, arachidyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, xanthan gum, Arnica montana extract, arachidyl glucoside.

Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to arnica.
