Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily, preferably between meals.

Warnings
Contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the components, in children, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Contains shellfish derivatives. Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate may reduce glucose tolerance and increase insulin resistance; therefore, diabetic individuals should take the product only under medical advice and supervision. An interaction between Glucosamine and coumarin-based anticoagulants (warfarin and acenocoumarol) has been reported; individuals undergoing treatment with coumarin anticoagulants should consult their doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
