Directions for use
For grade 1 and 2 osteoarthritis: 2 tablets per day, 1 in the morning upon waking and 1 in the evening before sleeping.
For grade 3 and 4 osteoarthritis: 4 tablets per day, 2 in the morning upon waking and 2 in the evening before sleeping.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
