Description
Food supplement based on L-acetyl carnitine hydrochloride, alpha lipoic acid, citicoline, resveratrol from Resveplus and B vitamins. Assioten is indicated in all cases of insufficient dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Assioten contains B vitamins, which contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamins B1 (thiamine) and B2 (riboflavin) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of certain neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

L-acetyl carnitine hydrochloride; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, calcium phosphates, gum arabic; alpha lipoic acid, sodium citicoline; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; Resveplus (resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc. root, supported on bulking agents: maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose; sucrose esters of fatty acids), yellow film coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol; colours: calcium carbonate, iron oxides and hydroxides), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take two tablets a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool place (at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C) and dry, away from light and heat sources.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
