Ingredients
Sweeteners: erythritol, steviol glycosides from stevia; creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, natural lemon flavor, L-taurine; acidity regulator: citric acid; potassium bicarbonate, magnesium citrate.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 10 g of powder dissolved in at least 250 ml of water daily.

Do not use during pregnancy. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
